LED Indicators – What Do the Colors Mean?

Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 10:55 PM

Your MyWonder Pod uses LED eye colors to show its current status.

Here’s what each color means and when you might see it.

White

Meaning: “I’m ready.”

White is the normal idle color.

You will see white:

  • After the device boots up

  • After completing a task

  • When it is ready for interaction

Green

Meaning: “Wi-Fi connected.”

  • The device flashes green twice when it successfully connects to Wi-Fi.

  • After flashing, it returns to white.

Blue

Meaning: “Setup hotspot is ON.”

Blue appears when:

  • You press and hold the Previous button (setup button) to enable hotspot mode

  • The device creates its own Wi-Fi hotspot for configuration

In this mode, you can connect to the device to set up Wi-Fi.

Blue is also used during:

  • Firmware (OTA) updates

Orange

Meaning: “Content in progress.”

Orange appears when the device is handling content playback or download.

  • Blinking orange: The device is downloading content.

  • Stable (solid) orange: The device is playing static (pre-recorded) content.

Purple

Meaning: “Connecting to the AI character.”

Purple appears when:

  • The device is connected to an AI character for conversation

If the purple light is pulsing:

  • The device is still trying to connect to the AI character

Cyan

Meaning: “Bluetooth is ON.”

  • Cyan indicates the device is in Bluetooth mode.

  • When Bluetooth is turned off, the LED returns to white.

Red

Meaning: “Attention needed.”

Red appears when:

  • Something went wrong

  • A download fails

  • The battery is critically low

If the battery is very low, red may appear shortly before the device powers off.

Off (Black)

Meaning: LEDs are off.

This usually happens when:

  • The device is powering down

  • During certain transition blink patterns

  • The device is completely turned off

If a color stays on longer than expected or doesn’t match the action you’re performing, try restarting the device. If the issue continues, please contact support.
