MyWonder Content Cards

Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 11:33 PM

MyWonder Content Cards are tap-to-play cards that unlock immersive audio content on your Wonder Pod.

Designed for simple, screen-free listening, these cards give children instant access to stories, songs, music, and learning experiences — just tap and enjoy.

How Content Cards Work

Each card contains built-in NFC technology.

When your child taps a Content Card on the Wonder Pod:

  1. The Pod instantly recognizes the card.

  2. It identifies the linked audio experience.

  3. Playback begins automatically.

There are no menus or screens — just tap and listen.

What Happens the First Time a Card Is Tapped?

The first time a Content Card is tapped:

  • The Pod recognizes the card.

  • It begins downloading the linked content.

This initial download may take a few minutes depending on:

  • The amount of content linked to the card

  • Your Wi-Fi speed

Once the download is complete:

  • Playback begins automatically.

  • The content is stored on the device.

  • Future taps will play instantly, even without Wi-Fi.

Do Content Cards Work Without Wi-Fi?

Yes.

After the content has been downloaded the first time:

  • The card works offline.

  • Playback is instant.

Wi-Fi is only required for:

  • The initial download

  • Downloading new or updated content

Can Content Update Automatically?

Yes.

Some Content Cards are dynamic.

If new content becomes available for a card:

  • The Pod will automatically download the latest content when connected to Wi-Fi.

  • The updated content will then be available offline.

This ensures your child always has access to the latest experiences linked to that card.

What Type of Content Do These Cards Include?

Content Cards may include:

  • Stories and audiobooks

  • Songs and music collections

  • Rhymes and poems

  • Learning audio experiences

  • Themed playlists (bedtime, travel, calm time, etc.)

These cards focus on immersive audio listening experiences and do not include live AI conversations.

How Are Content Cards Different from Talking Cards?

Content Cards:

  • Play immersive audio experiences

  • Focus on listening

Talking Cards:

  • Connect your child to AI characters

  • Enable two-way interactive conversations

Both use the same simple tap-to-play experience, but Talking Cards enable live interaction.

Care & Handling Tips

To keep your cards working properly:

  • Keep them clean and dry.

  • Avoid bending or damaging them.

  • Store them safely when not in use.

MyWonder Content Cards transform a simple tap into rich, immersive audio experiences — giving children the freedom to explore independently in a completely screen-free way.
