Safety & care
Water safety
The Pod is IPX5 splash-proof, so it can handle light splashes. Splash-proof does not mean waterproof.
Do not immerse the Pod in water, or submerge it in sinks, bathtubs, pools or any liquid.
Heat protection
Keep the Pod away from extreme heat, including stoves, radiators, heaters and long periods in direct sunlight. Excessive heat can damage the battery and internal components.
Handling and impact
The Pod is built to be durable and child-friendly, but avoid dropping it from heights or shaking it excessively. Strong impacts can damage internal components.
Charging safety
- Always use the supplied USB-C charging cable.
- Use a recommended power adapter (5V, 0.5A or higher).
Using incompatible charging equipment may affect performance or safety.
Adult supervision
Children should use the Pod under adult supervision, especially during setup, charging and when using connected features.
Damage or malfunction
Stop using the Pod immediately and contact support if you notice:
- Physical damage
- Battery issues
- Overheating
- Unusual behavior or malfunction
Do not disassemble
Do not open or disassemble the Pod. Doing so may void the warranty, damage internal components and create safety risks.
Cleaning
Clean the Pod with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, sprays or harsh cleaning chemicals.
